Pasting word documents

New to version 10.  Trying to print a sheet file in V10 that was created in V9.  I have pasted word documents into the sheet (paper space).  When I print as a  .pdf I cannot see the word document text.  Layer is on, and I have always been able to do this.  Anyone know why I can't see this?

    I've recently reported this as a bug and received a response that it will be fixed with priority.

    v10.2 works for me.

    There seems to be issues with both word and excel files when trying to print espcially to pdf.  I have had to revert back to AutoCad for plotting files with either word or excel files pasted in.
