Is Setting.Display.Graphic system device  an attemp to accelerate with OpenGL for linux platforms?

with optiona WinOpenGL, Red OpenGL,, and WinGDI

    At this point this is a Windows-only setting, in Linux builds the setting should be disabled. Over time, Linux-specific graphic system device choices may be added here.
