problem with PDF Creator

Strange... I set up my drawing to plot on a 24x36" sheet, but I can't scale the drawing in the viewport properly (SCALE-1/20xp, etc.  1/240 made it smaller).  I've verified that my scale is correct in model space, with 1:1 units.  Once I created my pc3 set-up, the scale in the page layout box changed to custom, at a 1:24.5 scale.  The drawing is set up to be plotted at 1" = 20'.

 

I suspect I'm just missing something simple... clues, anyone?

    Well, it seems I've solved it.  Using the properties bar for the viewport, and making sure my plot scale in the plot set-up box was set 1:1 was the trick.  Part of the learning curve after switching from AutoCAD, I guess....
