Assign RTPAN and RTZOOM to mousekeys

Is it possible to Assign RTPAN and RTZOOM to mouse wheel similar to AutoCAD. It's just something I've been used to using.

    Your mouse wheel should zoom when spun, and pan when pressed. That's been the standard behavior for many years.

    A variable, MBUTTONPAN, can disable wheel-pan. I don't know of a way to disable wheel-zoom.

    Perhaps some setting in the software that came with your mouse will correct this problem?
