Wanted to know if Bricscad can be opened by VB 6.0 i.e. by writing the program in VB 6.0 for openng Bricscad

Sure, you should be able to create an instance of Bricscad and call upon it's ActiveX API from any COM aware language such as VB6. I can't give you an example in VB as my VB skills are zero.
