Adding Hatch to default.pat

I am trying to add hatch patterns to default.pat and iso.pat. The hatch patterns are copied from aclt.plt.

I used gedit to copy the desired pattern from alct.pat to default.pat and iso.pat in both /opt/bricsys/bricscad/v10/Support/ and /home/user/Bricsys/Bricscad/V10/en_US/Support/. I used gedit under sudo to be able save to the /opt/.... directory.

I exit and restart Bricsys v10.4.9 before trying the new hatch.

The new hatch patterns don't show up in the Hatch Pattern Palette.

Using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.

Any ideas?

    Perhaps you find the solutions yourself, but... I had the same problem and the solution that I found was to copy and paste the code of the new hatch pattern into the file default.pat in /home/user/Bricsys/Bricscad/V10/en_US/Support/.  and that all, the new hatches appears and work.  I am not sure if this path is correct, I don't have my computer in this moment, and I am noob in linux but I remember I looking for this default.pat file and copy and paste the code of the new hatch inside.
