Can anyone help to solve this problem? We just received our license key and downloaded the installer for classic V10.
After installation and launch of the software the program crashes.

I had a persistent crash-on-starting once, migrating from V9 to V10 IRC. A line in my own On_doc_load.lsp was no longer accepted because of minor changes in lisp rules.
If you have any such customisations or other programs running, you might try starting Bcad as "bare-bones" as possible.
Or just try reinstalling? I have 10.4.15, not the very latest 10.4.16.

Hello,
our download logs show you made repeated attempts to download the software, there is a chance that the installer file got damaged. You can check this by verifying if the MD5 checksum for your installer file is 976bfdf1f152f81a48cb56dcc3cadcc5. (tools to calcalute this checksum can be found on the internet or on our website).
If uninstalling and reinstalling do not remedy the crash, please file a support request, and provide detailed information about the operating system version and locale ( + service packs) that you use.
Kind regards
