underline dimension text

How to underline dimensiontext. In Acad you can underline dimensiontext with %%u, but in BC it does not work. Is there an other way to do so??

Suffix: }

(I've looked at Mtext formatting for underlined text and this seems to work)

It works, but it is a time-consuming process in coparision with %%u.

I would advise you to create  a separate dimstyle with this pre- and suffix. Using this dimstyle and the properties bar, underlining one or more dimensions will take just 4 clicks.

Typing \L in the Dim Prefix field is sufficient to underline the dimension text.

Typing  \L  is the solution.
