    Hello all,

    there is one Problem I have with bricscad on ubuntu 8.04: When I try to print out from the layout area the windows to the model space are always printed with a black background.

    Is there any button to change this background color? In the settings dialog I found possibillities in the display settings for the background and the paper space background color,

    but they don't have any effect for the prints.

    I don't have a fix for it, but I still have that same issue in the current release (10.6.4-1) EXCEPT I have a drawing that I did plot setup on another program and then opened the drawing in Bricscad and that always displays the plot previews OK and plots OK. But if I make a new drawing and go to paperspace to plot it is all black. This is no help to you, but you are not the only one with the problem.

    Somehow this is inherited with a drawing.

    I had the new about Bricscad for linux official release, and I was going to buy a license, but then I tried the last available version, and I found out that the bugs that prevented me to use the alpha and beta version in a production environment are still there.

    I am experiencing the all-black print and print preview of paper space whenever I try to use some plot style setup other than the default one, and that is really a stopover, besides I have problems in button icons display with default gtk theme on Ubuntu 10.04 64bit with an Nvidia gpu, though the same theme works on my Intel gpu laptop with Ubuntu 10.04 32bit.

    The black print problem is a serious one to me, not really a minor bug, and it makes me doubt the present version was actually ready for an official release.

    In 10-6-6-1 (now the current version) the black plot area problem seems to be fixed.

    I have problems with zoom pan and selecting attached images... too slow!!!
