Running V11 with V9
Currently I have V9 and was wondering if installing V11 will cause problems down the road when I uninstall it. Does it allow the option of installing it in a separate directory?

No problem. V9,v10,v11 are all independent installations with their own directories , installing/uninstalling one should not affect the others

Each Bricscad version defaults to installing in its own version-tagged directory. e.g., "Bricscad V9" and "Bricscad V11", so you should have no problems having both installed.
It has been my experience that, when it comes time to uninstall an earlier version, Bricscad "does the right thing" and removes its own files for that version without affecting files or settings for later versions. It also leaves in place any user-created files, such as Lisp files and the like, that were created under the installation root. That means you may need to delete the remains of the directory after you run uninstall but it also ensures that you have one last chance to rescue any custom files.
