Plotting Raster images from BricsCAD to PDF

I'm having trouble plotting images from BricsCAD to PDF.

I've tried plotting a drawing with an ECW backdrop to PDF using both CutePDF and the internal BricsCAD PDF export.  The pdf file appears in the Pront Preview screen but doesn't appear in the pdf file.

The ecw file is 1.5Gb in size.

Does BricaCAD raster plot images to PDF?

If so are there any special settings I need to set to make this happen?
