You know about the settings dialog by now. You can enter a search string in the input field of that dialog to look for system variables. Just enter UNDO and hit one of the arrow buttons a couple of times... Also the UNDO command has multiple options.

I know, i did previously what you wrote but it only shows if undo/redo is activated or deactivated, it doesn't shows the levels, that's why i asked the variable that controls them...
Also, my settings dialog is in spanish, and i'm used to english Acad so you can figure out the mess i'm in...

The variable is UNDOCTL, but it is read only (I have just found that out myself). So you have to use the UNDO command to change this variable.
My "original" UNDOCTL is 5.
I have played around with the undo command to change UNDOCTL to 0. Your value may be different._.undo _all
Result: UNDOCTL = 1
_.undo _auto _on
Result: UNDOCTL = 5Using underscores should allow you to enter English commands in a Spanish version.

So, did you mean that variable UNDOCTL can be controlled by UNDO command? The active option when entering command UNDO is "number of undo levels"; so if i set it to 10, does this mean the variable will be set to 10 too?

1. Yes.
2. Why not try it yourself ;-)0
