Dimensioning circles

By default Bricscad's dia. or radius dimensions always are on the outside. I was wondering if there is a setting where the dimension line and the arrows are inside the circle. I believe Acad had this as far back as release 13 if I'm not mistaken. If it's not available then maybe I'll request it as an option in a future release.

I cannot confirm what you describe as default behaviour. If I start a new drawing using Default-imperial.dwt and dimension a radius I have to choose a position for the dimension. This can be either inside or outside the circle.
