X-solid hardware functions don't work (anymore)

Hi,

for some reason suddenly all hardware functions seem to fail in an existing drawing.

Insert point <options>:
Modeling operation error:
The sweep results in self-intersecting surface
Error occurred during revolving.

Works fine in a new drawing tho.

any ideas (setvar problem ?)
