Bricscad Crashes at startup

Bricscad is crashing at startup. Up until now it has worked well. Not sure what is causing this. Any ideas how to diagnose the problem ?
The program 'bricscad' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadRequest (invalid request code or no such operation)'.

This issue is solved. Using the below link I was able to upgrade to the latest fglrx driver. Bricscad is back up again.
