Bricscad v11 Printer Properties prob

Hallo everybody

I have some problems configuring printer properties inside bricscad . The little button near printer selection dropdown does nothing at all .

So I cannot select for example desired tray for A3 on my Xerox . Even when I select a print area and try to print it to another printer (HP Deskjet 1220)
the print preview was correct but the result was cropped and what I m doing is to print it on a virtual PDF printer (where the result is fine as in print preview) and then print the
pdf file on any printer I want ,but doing this for many files is very time consuming .

    Hi, Costas at last friday I got Xerox WC 5020b, I have some troubles with getting this device to print. That is another story. I am set up default settings in cups to A3. That is it.

    Almost absolutely the same as I print with epson 1160 and pdf printer
