UCS question

hi

I have a little question about the UCS command and PLANAR command.

I want to do the next: I want to rotate all the model space 45º, and I use UCS, after I select "Z" and put the angle 45º, the cross prompt change to 45º, now I use PLAN or SETUCS to align all the model space to the current UCS and the prompt looks normal and all the entities on the model drawing are to 45º.

My problem is: when I do this process in AUTOCAD, all the entities takes the value of the angle  of the new UCS, for example in the case of any text, when I rotate all the UCS the value of the angle for this text will be 0º (even the model looks with 45º), but when I use PLAN, the new value will be 45º, because the UCS changed and te text will looks 45º and the angle value in the properties box will be 45º too. THIS IS IN AUTOCAD

in Bricscad, if I change all the UCS 45º, and use PLAN to align the UCS, te text looks with 45º but the value of the angle in the properties box is 0º

in a few words, I want to aligne all the coordinate system (angles, etc)  to a new custom UCS
