Is there any way to turn off transparency in pdf attachments?

    Is it possible to inplement this, similar to image underlays?

    Doing a quick test I find that on the screen PDF attachments appear as transparent, but on the printed page they are not (this may however differ between PDFs). To get a non-transparent effect on the screen you can put a solid or wipeout "under" the PDF attachment.

    The main problem is transparency apparently takes a lot of resource to calculate for some pdfs. I can save those pdfs to an image format to control transparency, but a more natural option would be to just turn off transparency in the pdf.
