Unfortunately Bricscad is not able to export SVG. Please make them know that you need it, create a ticket for it. I think SVG export is a must on Linux, just as they have WMF export for Windows.
Until then you have several possibilities, depending on your need and skillset. I hardly doubt this list is exclusive
1. You could write a SVG export plugin in LISP. This is for tech savvy only.
2. You could write DXF to SVG converter in your favourite language, I'd use python. Or use an existing one: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dxf-svg-convert/
3. You could print to PDF and open it in Inkscape, then save to SVG.
4. You could use any commercial DWG2SVG converter.

hello, thanks a lot for yours advice. Indeed, it's for a use with inkscape.
I saw that the 11.3.8-1 version in french is available. Maybe, it will be possible with ?
In any case I will try with a dxftosvg converter...

Bricscad Linux should be able to export SVG files since the version 11.3.15.

It's not available in my language, so I can't tell you more about it... ( french translators are so slow )
