Trim acting differently - ver. 11.3.9.
For latest version: Trim isn't working the same, may be by design I don't know. When I attempt to trim a line picking (1) line for the edge it trims not only to chosen line but to any line in the vicinity. Hard to explain, it's acting more like a break commmand I guess. Is this the way it's supposed to be?

No that is not the way it is supposed to be. It seems the trim command in 11.3.9 always uses all entities as cutting edges.

I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with TRIM in the new version. On one of my drawings it would just take little chunks out of lines without any crossing lines present. I also am seeing that individually selected lines are not highlighted. Time to submit a support request.

A real bug
It seems that when promted to "select cutting entities for trim"
only entities inside blocks can be selected.
I'll post a bug report.

In V11.3.10 the trim regression has been fixed. It is available since this morning.
Our automated tests have been extended to guard for this issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you Hans. Working on a (sunny) Saturday morning to fix a problem, that is great service!

Thanks again Hans. Despite the trim issue this is an impressive

I was confused by the Ray problem - all fixed now in 11.3.11.
