Unable to purchase license online?

I wish to purchase a Bricscad license and when I tried to submit payment online, it was refused.

I have verified with my financial institution that there are sufficient funds and also that the card is enabled for international transactions.

What shall I do? Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Why, that was my aim. Maybe another user has had the same situation and they might be able to offer some tips. I did however send in a support request. I trust that come Monday someone will help me. Thank you for your reply.
