Military CALS file format

Is there a CALS plotter for BricsCad that will create the CALS raster file format that is required for military projects?  Where do I get it?

Not directly. But Irfanview can convert an image file to the CAL format (or vice versa) as far as I can remember.

This doesn't work.  It can READ the CALS format, but it doesn't WRITE it.

I think these guys sell a printer driver that provides CALS support:

maybe the "monochrome" option -- looks like a single computer license is about $40 or so.

I warmly recommend ViewCompanion:

It views HPGL/2 plotfiles and converts them to a wide range of formats,

including PDF and "CALS group 4" if that's what you need.

I used it successfuly in a US military project.
