Layer visbility toggle in viewports

(Must be "viewport queryweek")

Is there a way to make layers invisible in paperspace? I'm used to IntelliCad and when one double-clicks inside a Vieport and brings up the Layers dialogue box there are extra columns to turn Off layers in Viewports.

I can't find a way to do that in Bricscad. Am I missing something please?

regards
Richard

  • It is the same in Bricscad.  When you have double clicked inside the Viewport, open up the drawing explorer and in the layers section, scroll all the way to the right and you will find the columns you are interested in!

  • thanks Daniel
Umm!! How thick can one be?? I stared at that screen each time and ...........
    Missed the scroll bars.

  • Most of my most valuable lessons in life came when someone asked a 'dumb' question.

  • It would be so convinient to be able to reorder the Drawing Explorer columns.

The "Frozen in  Viewport" column should be much further to the left, next to the regular Frozen column.

(I made a support feature request to that effect a few months ago.)

Several of the columns aren't usually relevant, especially in Layers.
