PC3 Editor

Can someone tell me how to run the PC3 editor in Linux?  I have V11.3.16.  When I select Plotter Manager from the file menu, it just opens a file browser window, and when I select a .pc3 file, it asks what application to use to open that type of file.  I've looked in the /opt/bricsys/bricscad/v11 directory for such an app, but it doesn't seem to be there.   When I run the command plottermanager, I get the same behaviour.

    I don't think you can do anything with those dialogues. They do not appear to be working. Instead, choose File> Print. In the top RH corner of the print window select Add a plot style table and give it a name. The editor will appear. Alternatively choose monochrome from the drop down list and edit this to your liking.
