Plot - Scale LineWeight

I looking at a drawing plot by Bricscad V12.1.7 and the same plot by Autodesk DWGTrueView 2012... They should be plot on a 30"X42" paper size. For our records, when we issued the drawing, we plot a 11"x17" copie. The drawing is print with a CTB plotstyle.
Basicaly, we noticed that the lineweights is not scaled when print at a reduced/enlarged scale on Bricscad. Autodesk give us this option. Not Bricscad. In order to get a good print, we have to print with DWGTrueView or Acrobat Reader.

I like to know if any one got any clue for this issue...

  •  I've been missing this scale lineweights feature as well...
  • Hi Simon,

It would be great if Bricsys provide the ability to scale line weights. Now that Page Setups are available, there is a work around you can use.
    • Have two CTB files available, one is your has your pen weights set for printing at 1:1, one with the pen weights scaled to the factor you require.
    • Create a Page setup for each of the paper sizes that you want to print too. Point the page setup at the correct CTB.
Other option is to always print to PDF, then print to whatever paper size using your PDF viewer.
