Intel® HD Graphics 3000 or Intel HD graphics generally

Have anybody this graphic card? How it works with BricsCad?
My previous notebook had intel graphic card (mobile intel 4 series express), but it isn't work very good. Not very fast. Especially panning and zooming in DWG with XCLIPped xrefs.
Now I have worse CPU as was in old notebook, but with ATI gfx and it's much better.
We look for mobile/small notebook (http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/product/Portege-Z830-10F/1115726/) and it have Intel® HD Graphics 3000.
