Interacting with Solidworks

Where I currently work is a mix of Autocad and Solidworks.

Does anyone here have any experiance moving data back and forth between solidworks and Bricscad?

If I recall correctly (from several months ago), at the office we were able to import and export .sat (acis) files with both programs.
Bricscad was more forgiving with .sat files than Acad.
