How can I set new USS system for coordinate dimensions?

Please, I need set new coordinate system (USS) for coordinate dimensions, but I don´t know how can I do it?

     I think the UCS command is the one that you are looking for; ordinate dimensions should be based off of the 0,0,0 point of the current UCS...

    In R12 you just rightclic a face and choose coordinates from the new cursor menu. Then flip the axels until it looks right.  Nice job by the way Bricsys, even more intuitive would be if you could set x,y,z by pointing at lines. In earlier versions see manual ( a bit more complex).
