wrapping the text in circle or window /polygon region

in BricsCAD BIM

i want to wrap the selected text within a selected circle or window or polygon. i don't want the text to go beyong these objects.

is there any command or lisp code available to achieve this feature?

    Dear Kotesh,

    This is already possible in the GeoTools software that you are using.

    http://www.4d-technologies.com/geotools/manual/text_tools.htm#ENCLOSE

    You can wrap it around using a CIRCLE or a bounding box rectangle.

    However, from today, the same command has been transferred to CADPower (http://coordsys.com/cadpower)

    dear rakesh,

    i have seen the command in geotools for wrapping the text i.e

    Enclose with [ Box/Circle/Slot ] :c,

    once the text is ready and if i execute the above code, circle is drawn around the text. afterwards if i increase the size of text, it is going beyond the circle drawn. i want the circle also to proportionately expand to accommodate the text.

    second thing is is there any difference between powercad and geotools?
