reprojecting and transforming points

Can Briscad (or an application) handle the reprojection and datumtransformation of a list of points?

I have an ascii-file of several hundreds of thousands points in 3D coordinates (UTM/WWGS84) and I would like to process them further (drawing and basis for terrain modelling) in a local or national coordinate system.

Hi Dennis,

The short answer is yes it is possible. How complicated it is depends on what format your data is in, and how you want to transform it.
I would take a look in the following sections of the application Catalogue:
