Shortcut keys dont work

Different users have problems with the use of shortcut keys.

Our BriscCad version is 11

The shortcut keys doesnot work. can someone thell me how I can fix that.

    If you are using the default.cui and have not customized the keyboard shortcuts, you can use the Revert to Defaults... button in the Customize dialog. It may also be useful to check the CTRLMOUSE and SHORTCUTMENU variables.
