changes in the way my drawing is working?

I feel like my software has been taken over! so many things are not working like they normally do. what is going on?For instance my snapmarker boxes don't show up, even though they are supposed to.  I feel like there is a "mask" on my screen.When I draw a line, I can't see it until the command is finished. and now when I right click to finish the command , nothing happens. I have to push escape to finish a command. Please help!

It's not clear what problems you are experiencing exactly. 

Please close bricscad, and in windows start menu go to the bricscad menu and click on the userprofilemanager.
Then create a new Bricscad profile and start Bricscad using this profile. This way all the settings are reset to default.  This approach is more straightforward than checking all settings that could have an impact. Note that Bricscad profiles are not related to windows profiles.

If this doesn't work a next step will be to type command "customize" and click the button to reset all menus. This way the program comes close to a clean install, which helps to exclude possible causes.

And I thought of another possibility: It can depend on the drawing. Please check if the problem occurs in modelspace in a new drawing when the setting SHADEMODE is 2d wireframe.
