Bricscad crash on opening the settings dialog box

Bricscad V12.2.15-1 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - 3.0.0-23-generic-pae crash on opening the settings dialog box. This is the backtrace:

Similar problem here this morning. Still finding 12.2.15 unstable.

 12.2.15 is unusable on Ubunti 12.04.

Crashes of clicking the 'esnap' button... crashes of 'Settings'...

Bricscad V12.2.16 Fedora 17 VM

When I print from the Print Preview screen Bricscad will crash with the output as below. Printing from the Print Settings Dialogue works ok, so after previewing a drawing, it may be necessary to go back to Settings, then print. -- YMMV.

In Bricscad (Linux) 12.2.16 the settings dialog crash is fixed.

The crash was caused by an impartial removal of the Tool Palettes feature.
The Tool Palettes feature is suppressed on linux for the time being - it is not sufficiently stable yet.
By removing the Tool Palettes settings, all settings appearing below the Tool Palettes settings became invalid.

Ok thanks, I was puzzling over the absence of Tool Palettes.

Do you have any news on implementing pdf underlay ? We use pdf files extensively.
