Hatches for vegetation

does anyone know of any hatches for scrub, vegetation etc please?

If I understood how I'd have a crack myself.

Do complex hatches add to file sizes?

No replies, so here I am... Since you are a GeoTools user, you might already have tried.....but nevertheless, there exists a tool GT_VEGLINE (Draw Vegetation cover symbols).

Does this meet your purpose?

With a little tweaking and imagination, you can make it look like a hatch, to cover an area? Just guessing....
