Un-answered support request

Hello,

Not sure how to follow up on an un-answered support request so I'm posting here. I submitted my request on 2014/07/04. When I view my support requests it is listed there as "New". The subject of the request is (what I believe may be) a problem with dimension scaling and I attached two drawing files with examples.

P.S. I am not an "all-in" subscriber so I understand my requests are lower priority, just not sure whether two weeks is normal or if something may be awry.

  • Hi Phil, I think the staff are just very busy. Perhaps a few vacations tossed in the mix ;-) If you think it might be a usage type issue post more info here and see if anyone can offer suggestions.
  • I have a SR dated mid-May 2012 about Dimadec dimension variable. Must be a headache to fix because it's taken longer than previous requests, perhaps it's related to yours. I would be confident it will happen.

    Not sure being an all-in subscriber makes any difference - if there is a bug it doesn't matter who found it.
