Mobile Version
in Linux
I remember reading that there will be a mobile version of Bricscad.
My Brother was asking if i knew of any software that ran on a tablet and could make use of it's GPS.
yes, I know there is google maps, but where he goes many times has no cell towers.
he has his own satellite photos he would rather use anyway.

Keith,
Might have come from the Unofficial Bricscad Wishlist. I included a question on other platforms. So it may be firmly in the wish camp at this stage.
I have previously got the Linux version of Bricscad to run off a USB drive. There are some tablets around that have intel i5 Cpus, such as the samsung slate. These would allow you to put on an OS that Bricscad could work with. Things are also continuing to improve in this area.
