Step/Iges file import

I downloaded a 3d model of a hydraulic cylinder but it's only in step and iges formats. What's the easiest way to get this into BricsV13 or is there such a thing? I figured on having to grab a trial of one of the translators from this site but maybe someone know of another way. Thanks.

By the way the new dynamic UCS is superb for 3D work. Maybe down the line they can add extrusions to another surface and hole patterns.

 You might try http://www.cadexchanger.com It looks like an evaluation version can be downloaded. (I haven't tried it yet myself.)

Bricscad can not import any type file export from CAD Exchanger.

Try converting to ACIS-SAT. CAD Exchanger states supports for that http://cadexchanger.com/formats.html
In BricsCAD you can use _ACISIN / _ACISOUT to Import / Export .SAT files.

If you're prepared to pay there are also 3rd party applications available for BricsCAD.
