Editing solids on v13 demo ...how-to questions

 I am running the trial version of Bricscad V13, and have some questions with regards to the solids editing. 

1) How do you edit the parameters of a solid that has been altered significantly, or an ACIS solid? ie: if you wish to change the diameter of a solid cone that has had a cylinder subtracted from it (see picture)


2) When I set a 3d radius constraint on a conical shell, it does not change the actual diameter/radius of the conical shell. How do I properly apply this constraint?
