Annotation Scaling

 Does V13 support annotation scaling?

As I understand the concept with annotation scaling turned on all annotation (text, dimensions, etc.) created in model space at a certain size in terms of model space units will appear in all paperspace viewports at that same size. For example text created in model space with a height of 2 mm would appear in any paperspace viewport regardless of its scale at that same height of 2 mm.

    I do not use annotation scales but I have to work with drawings from architects that do.  As far as I can tell Bricscad honors the CANNOSCALE setting if it exists in a drawing, but it does not expose the variable so that it can be changed at the command line.
