standard set of layer useable in any opened drawing
Hi,
Is there a way to do the following:
I use BC a lot to do modifications on dwg's generated with Solidworks. (sheetmetal flat patterns)
The dwg Solidworks outputs has only 1 or 2 layers, usually in the wrong colour and line type.
Now I open the dwg in BC and change or ad lines, but I always have to make the new layers I need in every new opened dwg. Very time consuming and room for errors. Can't you do the following:
- Make a set of layers in BC you need.
- Open any DWG (with no or wrong layers) and the set of layers you made before becomes automaticaly active and ready for use.
Anyone???
