snaps in mbuttonpan stops working

Hi!
Snaps in mbuttonpan (off) stops working. They worked just fine and today suddenly stops. Any suggestions?

    Made uninstall, clear registry and install BricsCad again. Now it works just fine.

    If an add-on uses a partial menu the default mouse button behavior can be overwritten.
    You have to check the Mouse tab of the Customize dialog box to see if this is the case.

    It is also possible that the MBUTTONPAN variable is somehow overwritten.
    The default value for this variable is 'On'. Meaning the MMB supports panning instead of the action defined in the menu.

    Have you reported this problem to the developer of the Express Tools?
