A double click causes unusual behaviour

This may have been covered before

Using a double click to edit attributes or drawing elements like a circle or square causes the firefox to start and go straight to the Bricscad Help Pages.
I need to turn this feature off but cannot find the appropriate setting.

Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

Seems like you have Quad menu ON (F12 to disable) and the default action is to open help page.
