PDF creator

I'm having a problem with Bricscad V12 crashing when I try to use the PDF printer "PDF Creator". Any ideas?

Maybe a bit more information? What exactly is "crashing"? Is Bricscad closing, or locking up, or is pdf creator just not working?
Operating system? Amount of RAM? Size of drawing? Are there pdf underlays or other components which are not linework? Just one computer or many? Full version number for V12?
Have you tries CutePDF or one of the other free pdf printers? PDF reDirect seems to work well here. So does docuprinter and BlueBeam.0 -
PDF creating programs get a pretty good workout by more than just us CAD users, PDF995 and PDF Xchange also work fine for me.
You might try printing to a physical printer to see if it's an issue within the print process, or google for general problems using PDFCreator.

I'm havinga similar problem in Bricscad V13.
PDF printer problem.
When in "Print" i try to "Edit plotter configuration" with any pdf printer (adobe, bullzip, pdf995) i get an instant general crash of bricsad. Briscad quits without saving. Igf i don't touch the "edit plotter configuration" it will print ok
Physical printers (HP Canon 750) etc work just fine
Is this a known problem? I'm on Win 7 pro 64 bits.0 -
my drawing looks ok on screen but text is crooked on using "export as pdf", any ideas please? thanks

Douglas: I, too, have seen some glitches with the built-in PDF exporter. Mine are extra lines, not crooked text. I filed a support request. Other from that, it's a great feature, able to export all the layout tabs at once.
Troy: PDF Creator works fine for me with Brics 13. I just downloaded PDF Creator a few weeks ago. Are you using the latest version?0
