Wipeout issues

I have a client who doesn't like wipeouts. However I find them helpful. Is there a way to remove a wipeout and delete/trim entities being mask by the wipeout. I can then continue to use them and send them "modified". Already thought of convert to pdf then back to dwg but this option isn't really suitable at the moment.

Export to SVG (file>export>svg, hidden)  >> import SVG into InkScape >>  export to WMF  >> import WMF into Bricscad (file>import>wmf)
