Middle Mouse Button

I have and issue with the middle button, specifically MBUTONPAN set to Off. It seams when I have Express.cui file loaded it blocks the snap menu from coming up. Does anyone have a solution that hopefully does not result in un-loading express tools?

    I don't have an express.cui (on linux), so I can give you just some general hints:
    Mouse button bindings in partial menus do indeed (and by design) overwrite bindings in the default menu, so you should have a look at the mouse tab in the customize dialog - if there is an entry for mouse buttons in another menu group than BRICSCAD (e.g. Express)  you may want to delete it to restore the default behavior.
