-text command setting

Just upgraded to platinum and now when I use the -text command I can't see the text as I type it out, only after hitting enter. Is there a setting that dictates this?

    Using Pro 13.2.5:

    "-text" results in text display only in command line (until you hit enter).

    "text" results in text display in dwg.

    This is confusing, with the Pro version on another computer you can see the text as you type using the -text command. However with Platinum on my system you can't. There has to be some kind of setting somewhere.

    Curious, as stated before, "-text" results in text display only in command line (until you hit enter). Yes, I'm running Pro.

    Is there a reason you can't use the "text" command?

    Nevermind Robt. I was getting the "-text" command mixed up with "text" on one of my aliases. Thanks for responding!
