Student license rejected

Good night...

I have applied to a student license but my appliance was rejected because my student card was not recognized as a valid student card.

The fact is that the student card i provided is indeed the student card of my school...

I ask for instructions on hoe to prove that this is my student card.

I've already asked BricsCAD to confirm with my school the student card but i had no answer from BricsCAD untill now.

I can send you my graduation appliance documents if needed...

I already sent by email my student number, name, school name, school address but no answer again...

Please, what else do i need to do to get this license?
