Connect to server problem

Hello,

Does anyone caused for a problem "connect to server" or similar after installation of BricsCAD trial? I suppose that's not from the BricsCAD side but it's Windows 8 dependent. Anyway, all suggestions how to fix it are very welcome.

Check your Windows firewall settings.

I can't count the number of times a program on my machine (and others in the house) tried to connect to the internet but the wireless connection to the modem had failed.

I now use long cables draped halfway around the house to connect.

It looks untidy but it always works.
