Unable to load file

 Hi all, when i need to open a file I am unable to i get "unable to load invalid file version...... then shell command failed.... any ideas ( oh just in case this has anything to do with it I have version12 and a 30 day trial of V13

    By default the current V13 version saves to the AC2013 dwg format. V12 does not support this format.

    You can configure the default format to save - set as DWG 2007 format (or 2010 format),
    which is safer if you give your drawing outside
