Aspect ratio on imported files

HI , Im unable to find the nice little feature of differentiating aspect ratio when scaling jpg/PDF/BMPs . Anyone have an idea is it possible.

I get a lot of handmade drawings sent that I need to trace. Often they are in bad scale and I really need this. /P

 I don't know of an application off hand, but creating a block of the image may help you.  Once the block is created, you can scale it independently along the X, Y and Z axes via the properties panel.

THX it works. Bill just rightclick the image and past as block.
